What is Window Film?
Window Tint or also known as Window Film is a special designed product that is applied to the inside or outside of your windows, whether on a automobile or commercial building. This is to prevent certain percentage of sunlight or spectrum from passing through the glass into the interior. Most automobiles have a certain factory tint applied to the windows through the manufacture. Most film is made from a plastic compound some products even metallics or carbon interweaves.
MN Tint Law
Tinting comes in a variety of darkness levels. Minnesota state law has a limit of 50% on cars, which means only 50% of sunlight is allowed through the windows that has the film applied. Equipped from the manufacture Suvs/Trucks/Vans have a preinstalled 20%.

Warranty
Driven expressly warrants to the owner that, for the life of your vehicle (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of initial installation. The Company will cover defects on the PRIME Automotive Window Film (the “Product(s)”) such as: discoloration, fading, bubbling, peeling, cracking, and delamination.
Driven, at its option, remove or replace the Product without charge if the Product fails or does not perform as warranted solely due to a manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period, subject to the exclusions set forth in this Limited Warranty. If Driven elects to replace the Product, Driven will have an authorized installer remove and reapply the Product to areas determined by Driven in its sole discretion to be covered by this Limited Warranty. Driven will cover parts and labor. The replacement of the defective film is the exclusive remedy for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty. During the entire Warranty Period, Driven's obligation as to repair or replacement shall further be limited to repair or replacement with the Products that are available at the time of the repair or replacement, shall be limited to the repair or replacement of only the specific Product that fails due to a manufacturing defect. Any repaired or replaced product shall also remain subject to the Warranty Period, and any repair or replacement shall not extend the original Warranty Period in any manner or start a new warranty period. These are the exclusive remedies for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty.
You may obtain coverage under this Limited Warranty by providing Driven with proof of warranty card, copy of original receipt for the Product identifying coverage areas, along with a detailed description of the purported defect. For service under this Limited Warranty, you must notify Driven that you're wanting to excercise the warranty. Driven does not cover any scratches, nicks, cuts to the window film or if the window was broken. While we strive for perfection in our installations, due to the nature of the product, some degree of dust contamination and/or minor imperfections are present in every window film application. Pre-existing flaws, scratches, or metal deposits on the glass of your windows are often much more noticeable after the windows are tinted.
This Limited Warranty is transferable only when the new owner submits to the Company proof of the original date of installation. Transfer of the Limited Warranty only entitles the new owner coverage for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.
